Moving Out

You will require your Account Number.  This can be found on the top right of your energy bill.

We require a minimum of 3 business days notice to close your account.  We do not disconnect on weekends or public holidays.  Disconnection can occur anytime after 7 am.  

Important: If you are required to complete a de-fit, make-good works, or any other end-of-lease requirements, please ensure you schedule your power disconnection after these works have been completed. Electricity must remain connected to safely carry out these activities. 

For tenants in Shopping Centres, we may need to confirm your move out date with Centre Management.
