My Portal is a convenient way to manage your energy account online.
Access to My Portal is available only at sites where we bill and collect directly.
If you receive a statement only (issued by us and distributed by your site owner or manager), My Portal access is not available for that site.

Moving Out?
Don't forget to inform us when you're moving out, so we can issue a final bill for the power you've consumed, not someone else’s. This ensures accurate billing and a smooth transition for your energy services. Complete this online:
