We’re making it a little easier to pay your energy bill.
From 1 October 2026, we will no longer charge a fee for paying your energy bill by credit card, in line with the changes to card payment surcharging announced by the Reserve Bank of Australia.
So, if credit card is your preferred way to pay, there’ll be no additional card payment fee.
