The Commonwealth Government has announced an extension to the Energy Bill Relief Fund (EBRF), with eligible households and small businesses—including those in embedded networks—set to receive a further $150 off their electricity bills in the second half of 2025.
While government arrangements are still being finalised, we don’t anticipate any changes to the existing process used in 2024–25. For embedded network customers, the $150 rebate is expected to be provided as a one-off credit on your bill.
