Electricity charges, payment arrangements, financial hardship support, disputes and account enquiries are managed by Dexus. If you have any questions regarding your account, billing, payments or customer policies, please contact Dexus directly or visit the Dexus Embedded Network information page.
Your tenancy is already connected to electricity, so getting started is simple. To ensure your account is correctly established, please complete the sign-up agreement for your building below.
Once we receive your agreement, we will establish your account and provide confirmation. If you require urgent processing, please contact us after submitting your agreement. Additional fees may apply.

Energy Intelligence helps manage electricity account administration within the Dexus embedded network; however, Dexus remains responsible for electricity billing and customer account management.
If you have questions about a bill, need help with payments, require financial hardship assistance, would like to make a complaint, or need information about your rights as a customer, Dexus is best placed to assist.

Current tenant moving out? To ensure you are only charged for electricity used during your tenancy, please submit a move-out request before vacating the premises.
We cannot backdate move-out requests. Disconnection fees may apply.
