New market role takes effect 1st December 2017

As part of the Power of Choice reform, regulatory changes to the energy sector will impact all Commercial and Industrial customers in the National Electricity Market. Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) has introduced a new market role of Metering Coordinator (MC), in order to coordinate metering arrangements in the market more effectively. All large market customers with existing metering agreements must nominate a MC before 1st December 2017.
